Instrument Repair and Calibration
Test Products International offers a full calibration and repair facility capable of servicing all TPI branded equipment. Service work is performed on a first come first serve basis. Typical turn-around time for standard service work is 5 to 7 days in house. This does not include shipping time. Products received via expedited shipping are given priority.
There is no fee to evaluate a product and provide an estimate. A TPI representative will contact you for approval of out of warranty repairs prior to performing any work. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to and from TPI.
We also service and calibrate other testing equipment. Please call for verification.

No prior authorization is required. Be sure to include your UPS returnable shipping address, contact information, and a brief description of the problem or service required. Please Note: Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
